Who needs Greggs?!

Mmm the cheese and potato pie sounds lovely!

I love Greggs Chees & Onion pasties too, and can add to this post 
1 Packet of Cheese an Onion Smash (Made up)
1 Packet of Batchelors Maccaroni Pasta / or Cheese and Brocolli (Made up with water)
1 Tub of quark
4 Eggs
Mix all together - cook gas mark 6 for 25 minutes
makes quite a lot. suitable for hot and cold.

ooo what a good idea, i've been craving pasties and so yeah been to greggs or had peter's stuff i know i'm naughty! found a recipe that has pitta instead but will try a normal recipe but with the filo
i have a butcher too who makes syn free sausages, they are chicken though.... however he does only use lean meat for any of his produce so i doubt any of his sausages are high in syns
