I was relatively good over Christmas. Food was great until Christmas day - although Christmas Eve I drank a lot! Then pretty much on plan again from the day after Boxing Day. Came in on New Years Day with a 4lb loss. This may have been because I was dehydrated... but I did come in last week with another 1lb off.
I'm not weighing this week, as we're off to Dublin. I'll probably manage to do some delayed festive damage then instead!
