10lbs would be fab. I am on my 1st week of a re-re-start and I usually lose 12-16lbs in the 1st week so I have my fingers crossed that this week is a big one
Also on a restart and when I started last January I lost 15lb my 1st week! I restarted yesterday at 186.8lb :-o would love to just be back in the 12's by Wednesday but ill be pushing for as much as I can get. I normally lose about 6lb when I restart so I'm not holding much hope for 10lb although it's worth hoping xx good luck xx
