You can achieve that goal.

You are right to ignore the negative comments, I'm a housewife so managed to keep it a secret. I think the negative comments at work would have been hard for me. However, many talk of great support at work so maybe you're colleagues will come wround when they see you thiving and doing well. I would try to avoid talking about it in the meantime and let them know you have down research which has given you great confidence.

I am feeling warmer just thinking of your holiday in the sun.

Hi good luck, that sounds like great motivation for you.

I'll be restarting on thursday after being off it since last month. going out for a birthday meal tomorrow though so no cutting down carefully for me
