Why is it so hard to restart?

It is often hard to re-start as sometimes people have had success on it before so your attitude becomes more complacent about it...(or at least that's my excuse)
 
I have just had two days off, was meant to be one but got talked into lunch yesterday and I justified it with the whole "whats one more meal" so back today. Feel okay though. And so far not tempted. "myfitnesspal" works, I log my days eating in morning and it tells ne "in 5 weeks you will be xxxx weight based on today" and u find that really motivating. It's in lbs and I love going to see what it is in stones, even though u roughly no already lol x

Great to hear some tips! I have turned down 3 social events for fear of eating! I know it is a shame, but it is just for the short term, I have plenty of opportunity when I will be a size 12 and fit into my old (hardly worn) clothes!!! I know if I go out with friends I will buckle and eat something. I barely trust myself alone in my own kitchen!

Time2go- good to hear you re-started so easily. My day off turned into 3 months and 1 stone put on!
 
Lol on this occasion I restarted okay but the whole of january I messed around trying to restart! And this us only day one :) x
