Are you sure its carbs? If you lose on red but not on green/ee, the common thing there would be carbs. I could't lose with pure ee, and with green i gain more than lose, i have to mix red and a few ee so i can have carbs the odd day, but i find pasta more than once a week causes my losses to stop, potatoes i have limited so maybe a day or 2 if that. Took me 3 years to lose 3 stone to start with, since january i have lost 1 stone 7.5lb (so in 6 months) and that was cos i reduced carbs drastically, still might not average the best losses per week but...
