Discover WI 20 Loss 6.25lb - 23lb since Dec 30th

And the results are in - 1.25lb on. Which is far less than I expected, however there could be a hangover of this weekend going in to next weeks weigh in.

Today I am out all day so trying to plan it in advance.

As I'm giving blood there will be some sort of sweet biscuit after then pub meal tonight but it will be the baked potato and tuna option. So I believe I'll be fine :)

Will be cous cous and veg 5 and Crackerbread 4 putting me at 18
 
Has toast and muller rice when I got in last night which push me over my points for the day, I did however get a decent bit of walking in so hope it events out.

Today I have a band practice, hence my early start for a Sunday! So will have a big breakfast before I go for the day and most likely wont eat again until my evening meal. But will take as it comes due to energy levels etc.
