Oooooooft what a late dinner!! Amazing!! Potato wedges and chili rice (all free), ww pitta (HEB), homemade turkey burger (HEB), watercress and extra light mayo (2 syns). Extremely satisfying, plus I forgot that I was also planning on having some refried beans, but I'm glad I didn't now as I am most satisfied
I also had a glass of Koko chocolate milk which is my 2nd HEA of the day, and totally kerbs the chocolate cravings. Having said that, some naughty person has snuck some light choices chocolate mousse into the fridge, so I may well just HAVE to have one of those too, seeing as I have some syns left!!
So today......
Breakfast: tomato, onion and mozarella omelette.
Lunch: veggie scotch egg with 2 tsp of brown sauce (1 syn)
Dinner: as above (2 syns)
Snacks: Special K biscuits (5 syns), alpen light (3 syns), choclit mousse (4 syns)
Delicious nommy foods today, used 2 HEA's and 2 HEB's, 15 syns (worth it!!) and around 1700 cals.
Score!!
