Hey - might be a bit of faff, but I found a great recipe for chocolate puds - low syn and tastes good
You could make them up at the beginning of the week, and put them in mini tubs to take to work...?
1 box silken tofu
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa (1 syn per tbsp)
Sweetener to taste
Mix until smooth, divide into pots. If you only make 4 pots up, thats still only 1 syn per pud, and great for mid-day chocolate cravings!
I've started back in an office that have biscuits all day every day, and always some other sweet treat. I try and make sure treats are always well out of reach (other side of the office if I can help it!) and having a post-it note on my pc screen saying "I don't want it" (apparently better than "I can't have it"...) If I know I'm going to have a busy day, or something extra is going on, I try and bring in homemade biscuits (1 1/2 Syns each) to tide me over
