Just thought I would start this thread up again. I'm getting married in 11 weeks time (ahhhh!!!) lost just over a stone now and would like to lose just over one more. I have 9 weeks until my last dress fitting, if I could do between 1.5 and 2lb a week I will be a very happy lady. I have had my first dress fitting and everything is perfect so I may not even go that low but defiantly want to be under 10 stone. Finding WW ok (much better than SW for socialising) and feel I can eat the things I want much easier as I like to eat avacado, houmous and nuts etc which is no easy on SW. I also go to boxercise 2 times a week, cycle 8 miles a day 5 times a week and finally a personal trainer once a week. Personal trainer was an expense I couldn't really afford but just got a new job so was my treat to myself. So here's to the brides to be, we can do it x
