WW BUDDY

Hey.. Need a buddy.. Any takers?

Been doing WW about 5 weeks.. Not been good for two weeks not calculating points etc.. Basically I need a massive kick up the arse to get on the right track and to return to weigh in next week.

I did have one but no one really responded and havent posted in a while now as felt like i was talking to myself haha! Xx
 
Hey hun, we have spoken a bit in the Thursday WI thread... seems like we're both having the same kinds of problems. :( I think we can do this, just need to support each other. :) I'm gonna be restarting on Saturday because it's my mum's birthday today and we are eating out but maybe you should consider just having a fresh start too? Put it behind you, wipe the slate clean and remind yourself why you started in the first place and how well you've done so far. xx
 
Start afresh, new diary and ill defo be there to follow Hun. You should read through a few too and subscribe, they'll be sure to follow back and support you. There's loads of lovely girls on the food diaries section. Take a look through Becky T, Sammie and the Sarah-lou's. xxx

Thanks for replying on here :)

I think that sounds like an excellent plan and I really want to do this so much... I just wonder why I am not allowing myself to do this and have the body I want? Its like I am punishing myself :(

Lets both start tomorrow and I am going to record everything I eat on here as well as the iphone app! That way I am 100% accountable and responsible! I planned to lose 5lbs in october.. I have managed a measly 2lbs! Onwards and downwards for us as they say :) xx

I know exactly what you mean. :( I've been reading a bit about self-sabotage and it's quite interesting. I'm not sure if you're anything like me but I think part of my problem is I'm actually afraid to let myself get any lower than this weight because it's the lowest I've been my adult life (I'm 24) and I worry about so much like maintaining if I reach goal, how people will react, etc.

I'll definitely be restarting tomorrow (well, today now 'cause it's Saturday :D) and like you I will be writing everything down so I can keep track properly. I do honestly think we can do this and if you don't mind I'll pop in to read your diary and offer support and virtual hugs when you need them lol. I'm gonna aim to lose 6lbs in November because there are five Thursdays so perhaps we could support each other in that way too seeing as we're both Thursday weighers. :)

I wish you the best of luck, just try and stay focused and determined and we will be losing again in no time. xx

I've lost 54lbs, and gone from a size 20 to a 14! Still more to go though. How are you getting on? Xx

Wow thats brilliant! Bet you feel like a different person! I am doing ok thank you.. I am doing a diary on here now xx

I bet, thats a huge different in clothes sizes! I was pushing a 16 in april before i began and i found clothes shopping so hard! I go to meetings every thurs.. Havent been for 2 weeks though as i have been ashamed of being naughty :( xx
