I think the results should be copied+pasted with our names and then the results like in the weightloss team challenge,that way its easier to keep track what weve done??what do you all think??
yep good idea,will you do the list as your the chief? ha ha xdo you think we should step up the commitment (pardon the pun) from hitting healthy as a min to achieving 0.5 point? I think most of us are doing that anyway, but increasing it a 0.5 point a week is a nice gradual increase.
any thoughts?
