Mine is Saturday morning, which works great for me as I know I can indulge a little over the weekend and compensate by saving points in the week. Knowing that I can treat myself at the weekend really works for me, especially as I know I'm going to be on this plan for a very long time to come.
Also, I am a helper as my leader is a friend from uni who has just started her own groups. I think that really helps as I can't just think "I've had a bad week, I won't bother weighing in this week" - I have to go! I've done that in the past and one bad week has become two, then three...... :sigh: It's really nice as well because she can't help telling our friends at uni how well I've been doing, and they've all been so lovely and supportive. In fact, two more friends from uni will be joining us after Christmas; they're so impressed!
