I sort of hope JLS are out tonight, purely because it would p Louis off so much lol
 
I agree it's a strange choice of winners song. I wasn't impressed with the version Diana did as you can't make out the words she is singing!

It kind of explains why the song is being used on TV at the moment to promote a channel (BBC I think)
 
Heard that version on radio yesterday when it was "announced". I do like that... I think you like whichever version you hear first a lot of the time!

Hmmm, out tonight? I really, really like Ruth and don't want her to go - I so want her to be in the final but I don't know if that is going to happen.

Eoghan or JLS for me... BUT don't think it will happen!
 
The song "Hallelujah" was written and orginally recorded by Leonard Cohen in 1984. He's just done a huge tour which I think has ressurected interested in this song, plus Katherine Jenkins recorded her version of it recently too.

It's a beautiful song with wonderful lyrics, but very different from previous 'Winners' songs. It probably won't appeal to everyone but I'd still bet my last penny on it going to No. 1 for Xmas whoever records it:47:

I'm rooting for Alexandra to win at the moment - and I think tonight it'll be between Ruth and JLS to go :rolleyes:

I love Hallelujah - it's the only song that Diana has sung that has impressed me of hers.

Alexandra to win, Eoghan to leave - he's not strong enough.

I'm really pleased if Miley Cirrus is singing. I love 7 Things - play it on repeat on my MP3 player at the moment. It's a bit of a theme song for me!

I totally agree, whats always annoyed me is he cant think of any valid arguments when someone says something he doesnt like. If simon slates his act he'll reply with something about Simons hair or something :sigh: Im sure one day he'll turn round and say to Simon 'Well you smell' lol

I think the way he treated Danni last week was awful, his 'apology' was shocking Id have slapped someone if they gave me such an over reacted insincere apology
