Don't think I'm gonna get on here tomorrow or Friday so I'm writing my plans down...I should stick to them :) fingers crossed!!

Thursday 20 May: Red

Horrible and bloated today. Feel rubbish. And its just TOO hot today. Got off bus 6 stops early and walked to work cos it was so stuffy :(

Breakfast - Blueberries, Blackberries, Red Grapes and Cherries with Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt

Snack - 2 Alpen Light Bars

Lunch - 3 Ryvitas with Low Fat Natural Cottage Cheese and Ham Slices with a Salad with Tomatoes, Cucumber, Peppers & Spring Onion

Dinner - 2 Linda McCartney Sausages (4 Syns), Trimmed Bacon, 1 Fry Light Fried Egg, Cucumber and Tomatoes

Snack - 1 Pink & White (2.5 Syns), 1 Funsize Dairy Milk (4 Syns) and FF Strawberry Yogurt

Drinks - 3 Cups of Tea and 4 Pints of NAS Squash

HEA - Milk
HEBs - 3 Ryvitas & 2 Alpen Light Bars

Syns - 10.5

Remaining Syns - 1

Had to change diary for Thurs & Fri due to the fact that we have no food til Fri evening and the good weather!!

Breakfast - Pineapple, 1 Satsuma and 1 Apple and 1 Activia FF Yogurt

Lunch - 3 Ryvitas with Low Fat Natural Cottage Cheese, Ham, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Pepper & Spring Onion and 1 Activia FF Yogurt

Dinner - Prawns covered in 1 tbsp of Sweet Chilli Dip (1.5 Syns), Homemade Coleslaw (0.5 Syns), 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Peppers, Spring Onion & Sweetcorn

Drinks - Tea with Milk, NAS Squash, 1 Vodka & Diet Coke (if I do go out - 2.5 Syns) and Diet Coke

HEA - Milk
HEB - 3 Ryvitas

Syns - 4.5

Friday 21 May: Green

Had to change my diary from what I had above (now deleted) due to the fact it's a hot sunny day and we wanna do something different, and we have no food in the house til tonight! Can someone let me know if my food for today looks okay? (and what I should/shouldn't be eating with WI tomorrow lol)

Breakfast - 28g of Oatibix Flakes with Milk & some Pineapple, 1 Satsuma & 1 Banana

Lunch - Chickpea Dahl with Tomatoes, Cucumber, Peppers, Onion & Spring Onion, 1 Satsuma, 1 Apple & 1 Activia FF Yogurt

Snack - 2 Alpen Light Bars and 1 Apple

Dinner - Was supposed to have a mini BBQ but had car problems so couldnt get to the supermarket. Ugh! SO had a very small amount of Pasta with Passata, Tomatoes, Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, Garlic & Gilli Powder with a very small amount of SW Wedges with Tomato Ketchup (1 Syn)

Snack - Grapes and 1 Activia FF Yogurt

Drinks - 3 Cups of Tea with Milk and 4 Pints of NAS Squash

HEA - Milk
HEB - 28og of Oatibix Flakes

Syns - 1

Reeeeaalllly bloated today, I just know cos of TOTM that I've put weight on, so WI tomorrow will be awful, but oh well...most defo have my SW mojo back and gonna be amazing next week, I promise!!

Didnt end up having our mini bbq as we had problems with the car and couldn't get to the supermarket :( gutted! So we gonna have it next Sat instead :D
 
Saturday 22 May: EE

Well, WI this morning...put on 2lbs. I'm not surprised as I ate loads last week and it's the TOTM. But have got some motivation back for SW so fingers crossed for a good week :D

Breakfast - Blackberries, Blueberries, Redcurrants, Strawberries, Cherries & Grapes with 2 Activia FF Yogurts

Snack - 1 Pink & White (2.5 Syns), 1 Apple & 1 FAB Lolly (cos it was BOILING yesterday, 4 Syns)

Lunch - 3 Ryvitas with Low Fat Natural Cottage Cheese, Ham & Tomatoes, some Grapes, 1 Banana, 1 Satsuma and 1 Activia FF Yogurt

Dinner - Out for Nanna's 70th - To Start: Prawn Skewers with Chillies, Tomatoes & Rocket. Main: Lemon Sole (no butter) with Tomatoes, Potatoes, Rocket & Onions. Gonna syn this at 6 cos they gave me seasoning.

Drinks - 4 Cups of Tea with Milk, 1 Pints of NAS Squash, 3 Vodka & Diet Cokes (7.5 Syns) and 1 Diet Coke

HEA - Milk
HEB - 3 Ryvitas

Syns - 20 (which I thought was really good as I gave myself 40 syns for tonight :D)

Breakfast - 28g of Special K Sustain with Milk & 1 Activia FF Yogurt

Snack - 2 Pink & White (5 Syns) and 1 Satsuma

Lunch - Mini BBQ: Pork & Prawn Skewers with Tomatoes, Onions & Peppers with a small Jacket Potato with Low Fat Natural Cottage Cheese, some Mild Curry Rice and Salad: Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Spring Onion & Sweetcorn (DELICIOUS :D)

Snacks- Fruit Salad with Strawberries, Blackberries, Redcurrants, Blueberries, Cherries, 1 Apple & 1 Activia FF Yogurt, 2 Crunchie Ice Creams (14 Syns)...eeek I know it's a lot but I've been eating stuff which will keep me cool as it's just TOO hot today!!!

Dinner/Supper - Chickpea Dahl with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Peppers, Spring Onion & Sweetcorn

Tuesday 25 May: Green

Happy 70th Birthday to my Nanna :D On a half day today so I can go and see her & give her all her presents and cake. Gonna try and refrain eating a piece of cake but might bring some home and have it tomorrow :)

Snack - 1 Alpen Light Bar, 1 Satuma & 6 Mikados (3 Syns)

Lunch - 3 Scan Bran (3 Syns) with Low Fat Natural Cottage Cheese, Tomatoes & 2 Hard Boiled Eggs and 1 Piece of Birthday Cake (Not sure how to syn this. Will syn at 10. Hopefully it's not more :S eek was lovely though!!)

Dinner - Bean Chilli with Passata, Tomatoes, Peppers, Celery, Onion, Garlic, Chilli Powder, Kidney & Mixed Beans with SW Wedges with Peri Peri Chip Sprinkle & some Boiled Rice

Feeling really happy & positive today :) though I'm now scared about this week...Fri is a night out with alcohol, Sat is a BBQ and alcohol, Sun is alcohol and Mon is lunch and alcohol. Gonna try and be REALLY good...bank holidays ALWAYS kill me!!!

Dinner - Takeaway for Dad's Birthday: Sweet & Sour Chicken...it was awful. It was tiny pieces of chicken with a horrible sauce. Only synning it at 4 as I hardly ate any. So instead I had an omelette with 2 eggs, bacon, 28g of cheese and tomatoes. Yummy!

Snack - 3 Mikados (1.5 Syns)

Drinks - Tea with Milk, 1 Hot Choc (3 Syns) & NAS Squash

HEA - Milk
HEBs - 3 Ryvitas and 28g of Special K Sustain
