Hey hun. I did thank you! Been so busy with decorating though :( I can't wait for it to be finished. I'm living with my OH, best friend and two people (a couple) who I had never met before because they are moving over from Canada to do an MA! Very exciting. But all this decorating etc hasn't been too good for my diet. Been trying my best, looking forward to getting back to being able to cook from scratch and calorie count better.

How have you been? How's CC going for you? xx

I'm finally back down to 8 stone 11.6 yippee! I've found that I snack a lot on crisps etc so yesterday I got lots of carrot sticks and celery with the be good sainsburys hummus range. The problem is that I eat too much of that haha! It's so good. Going to portion my hummus today rather than having it straight out the pot!

My OH wanted to take me to the Slug and Lettuce pub for lunch seeing as everything was half price and I caved in! I tried to have the healthiest option I could find which I thought would be the tostada (flat bread pizza) as it had no cheese either other than the sour cream. I had two bread sticks and some hummous for a starter as well. So not the best start to a day hey! Then I got home and found a box of chocolates from the gas company who we are leaving haha, I ate two of them and they're pretty big :( Today is a total write off, feeling guilty but I will be healthier tomorrow. What I have learned is to not beat myself up about eating badly occasionally, that's when I start to go drastic with cutting calories and I become very unhappy.

As you said in my diary you've got to allow yourself a treat once in a while & I bet it doesn't add up to loads, it's just you're so focused on the restricted calories that it seems like it could be loads :)

I read your intro on the diary & just want to say well done on getting back on track at 9st7 and not getting out of control & going back to your old 2010 weight. Uni was a killer for me, I went from about 8st10 to 11st & probably more....everything goes out the window, so good effort for getting back on the wagon ;)

Thanks hun :) I could have very easily gotten back to my starting weight! Uni definitely played a massive part in my weight gain. I think everything revolved around food in terms of socialising. X

Not having a very good day today :-( Feeling very overweight and rubbish about myself. Feel like I am ballooning whilst everyone around me is loosing weight :(

(((((((((((((((xj-esx)))))))))))))))))))) Do something to pamper yourself. Maybe a bubble bath. You are probably one of the thinnest here, it always takes awhile to lose those last few pounds. Try to ignore the evil thoughts...and remind yourself of how far you've come.

Aww thank you! That made me smile :) I'm about to sit down and have a nice cup of tea, hopefully that will help. I just feel so big and can't help but feel like everyone else judges me for how much weight I've put on :( xx

Shake it off Hun it's those thoughts that make us eat the bad stuff, be strong ou have done amazingly and I can't wait till I can say I have hit your weight x you can do it

Thanks hun. Sometimes I get so upset with myself thinking about how happy I was with my body when I was at a lower weight and feel so terrible about how I look now. But you're right! I've done it before and I can get down to the weight I want again :) x
