The problem is that I eat too much of that haha! It's so good. Going to portion my hummus today rather than having it straight out the pot!

What I have learned is to not beat myself up about eating badly occasionally, that's when I start to go drastic with cutting calories and I become very unhappy.

I read your intro on the diary & just want to say well done on getting back on track at 9st7 and not getting out of control & going back to your old 2010 weight. Uni was a killer for me, I went from about 8st10 to 11st & probably more....everything goes out the window, so good effort for getting back on the wagon
Not having a very good day today :-( Feeling very overweight and rubbish about myself. Feel like I am ballooning whilst everyone around me is loosing weight
