I am in need of a diet buddy at the moment, I am finding it hard to shift some pounds after having a good weight loss so far over a 3 year period. My weight seems to be fluctuating from week to week a few pounds here and there and so on. I am not part of fad diets me... my way of loosing weight is by healthy eating and good excercise down Curves gym 3-4 times a week... On my bad weeks I only go once or twice. A diet buddy who likes walking we can encourage/motivate each other and I am sure time will go so quickly.
