Hi all,
Just thought that I'd start a weight loss diary as I have decided I'm going to be able to stick to this one! This is it now and I have had enough of stopping and starting different diets or plans all the time.
I have tried all of the usual suspects - WW (many times), SW, Slim Fast, on my own! They all have their various perks and downfalls, but RC seems to be the only one that incorporates diet and exercise and isn't hard to follow at all.
I have quite a bit to lose (see profile!) so I have been worried mainly about excess skin - absolutely petrifies me! So I know the exercise will keep on top of this!
I weigh in on a Tuesday evening and stay to the exercise class (unless my back stops me lol).
Well, my first week went well and at my first weigh in I lost 6lb! The plan itself was a bit difficult, as I am used to having a lil bit of chocolate when I want it. But knowing that I get treats from week 2 onwards was ok. I was also made slimmer of the week and got a certificate! I didn't find this out until the next class though as I hurt my back on the Sunday so I was unable to exercise for a week after, and I wasn't able to stay to exercise in class on the Tuesday.
The second week went ok, couldn't exercise for half of it because of my back but I still lost 1.5lb though which is still a loss. I also got my half stone certificate!
This week hasn't been much better. I have had laryngitis, a cold, a chest infection and now a blocked sinus over the past month. I feel great exercising but my chest really doesn't like it when I do, and I end up coughing quite badly for ages afterwards. I sound like Mutley when I laugh, too.
At the moment, I feel like my face is the size of a balloon, even though it doesn't look any different! I feel like absolute crap and just want to stay in bed all the time. I also had a Chinese takeaway yesterday, as I didn't have the energy to cook and I haven't been able to taste anything for 3 days due to my sinus, so I ended up grazing on bad food 
Weigh in again on Tuesday and I'm expecting to put on because of this. No excuse at all, but I'm only human and spending time preparing a meal I can't taste right now doesn't appeal to me
must try to eat the healthiest I can I guess.
