Yippee My First Weigh In

I have had my first weigh in today, have had the tablets for 4 weeks now but have only been taking them for 3 weeks. I have lost 6.5lbs. I'm really pleased with this loss.
I don't have mine from the doctor I have joined Boots Weight Management and pay privately for them. I have to weigh in exactly the same as if they were from the doctor and my doctor has been notified that I have enrolled on this programme.

I have now been given another 2 months supply and have to weigh in again in 5 weeks time. I would like to achieve the same or perhaps more weight off at the next weigh in.

This site certainly gives you inspiration to be motivated by the fantastic losses already achieved.

Check Boots the Chemist on line for their Weight Loss Management Programme. Costs are published on there for either one month or three months. Your BMI needs to be 30 or more. Good Luck for tomorrow.
