Doing f&h again today

Porridge skimmed milk and golden syrup 1
(I'm a creature of habit with breakfast!)

Banana and mango

Baked potato with salmon fillet and salad, light mayo 1
D will be
Roast chicken- skinless
Veggies
Ww chips in fry light
Light mayo (again!) 1
So hopefully will only use 3 of my weeklies today if all goes to plan.
Beautiful day here, spent the morning on the beach with the kids whilst my husband is at work. Easier to eat f&h when he's not around as he eats so much and never puts on a single pound!
