Are we doing the usual of 3pm meet time on the Saturday? We have a Pitcher & Piano here in York as well, near the river and pretty central. In fact there's a few bars down along the riverside that I'm sure would suit. Nice comfy sofas, music, bars meals etc.

Friday nighters....maybe a meet up from tea time..ish and then a meal for those who want? Whatever I guess....we usually all just go with the flow anyway don't we....oh and Sharon....we have a Flares here....lol

Those of us who are getting there on Friday can do a 'recce' of the area in advance of the meet on Saturday so we know where we're going
