ooooo, never tried almond milk! does it need to be syned?
Depending on the brand you get 800-900ml for a HA (unsweetened), so that amount is about 6 syns. I've just discovered it and use it on my cereal from time to time.

I am sure it says in the "bible" that you can substitute branded cereals for the supermarket ones and the values are the same, ie healthy ex b.
