Rice pudding, boiled in water with some sweetner (i do enough for a couple of days and keep it int he fridge) drain water off when cooked and either reheat and add milk (i use 100ml) or yogurt, add extra sweetner and vanilla extract if desired and top with fruit, here i have raspberries but i also have it with chopped bananas and syrup and sliced peach and mango.

Oh wow that's amazing! I'm still maintaining but am 2.5lb over where I normally sit & just can't seem to easily shift it. I know I need to shake my ears up but just can't get the time to devote to cooking as work is so crazy! X

another good site for recipes on a budget - trying to make some cut backs - tips and ideas welcome :) xx

heres a recipe of this site i will be trying this one soon

Lentil Spaghetti Bolognese


(serves 4-6)
one large onion
two cloves garlic
150g dried red lentils
mushrooms - as many as you want
bouillon powder
brown or white spaghetti
cans tomatoes x 2
cheese and basil (optional)


Gently fry the onions and garlic in a drop of olive oil. Add the lentils and fry gently until pale.

Add two cans of tomatoes. Pop in a teaspoon or two of bouillon.Stir well and simmer for half an hour.

If the sauce looks too thick, add some boiled water, during the cooking time.

hi the options are between 2-3 syns (mainly the deluxe ones that are 3 syns), pink n whites are 2.5 and 3 for the jammies each, curly wurlys are 6 syns, eat smart soy and potato snacks are 5syns a bag (u can get cheese and red onion, paprika and sweet chilli) i can't remember how many syns the rainbow drops are but i will get back to you on it xx

100% FOCUSED! I've been struggling a bit over the last couple of weeks but i'm back on track, only 11.5 pounds to target for a total loss of 6 and a half stone! :D

I've had a green day today as i couldn't be bothered to cook much, i had bran flakes and some fruit for breakfast, a mugshot and an apple for lunch and for tea i've just had sw chips with pitta veegie supreme pizza and corn on the cob sprinkled with a sachet of butter buds i'm stuffed now! xx
