I've got my hot pants on in bed try are very weird and noisy when you move does anyone else find this? They are comfy though not sure I'd wear them alone though mine have a big square on the front left leg saying hot pants!

Lmao, I've been wearing the big square on the back! Have I been wearing them wrong ?!

It's probably me that's wearing them wrong, what is with the big square anyway ? They did keep me warm last night I didn't sweat loads, I'm going to wear them again today around the house and at the gym tomo

I've had mine a week & don't get wet patches. Do have the wet knickers problem tho lol. I haven't noticed any difference in size tbh but my skim feels lovely! I took my before measurements & will be remeasuring on Friday so will keep you posted!

Exactly the same, but as it was Christmas & I ate like a pig I don't think it was a fair trial! I'm still wearing them & am firmly back on plan so I'll re-measure this Friday

How does everyone wash there's? As I read on here someone puts them on a normal wash in the machine but mine say hand wash in cold water?

I done an hour Zumba class in them an didn't feel like I sweated much until I took them of and I was freezing

Lost a cm off my waist but nothing anywhere else I've been wearing them every time I work out (4 x 2 hours a week). Maybe I should wear them more??
