Yes I will do it, but I get tempted so easy!
Forgot I got lunch at the ritz in two weeks time. I do make better choices apart from jacket pot! But when I go off I eat a normal amount no binges and choose wisely no stuffing my face. Still need to admit to it when it happens, be accountable x
