So omg, I had the worse constipation ever!!! The pain came in waves, crippling pain I was like doubled over, when I got the pain I thought I would be sick. I was on the loo going ouch oooo holding my fat tummy and feeling nauseous, I honestly thought I was going to throw up! But it just wouldn't come out for ages! I've never had anything like it!!! Girls go and get some flybogel or movicol, I am getting some today, that was horrendous !!!
Tmi sorry but I was in total agony!!!

There is nothing worse than it is there. Makes me cry was so terrified of it coming back onto cd. Take Fybogel morning and night without fail now you've cleared. Definitely helps. So does chewing gum but can also make you hungry so depends if it suits you or not. Needs to be quite a bit but be careful cause it also makes you windy lol. Too much tho and you get noisy tummy and very smelly wind haha x prefer that to what you've just been through tho xxx least it's done now xxx
