b - porridge with fresh berries
l - ham salad sandwich with salad cream and prawn cocktail crisps
d - spaghetti bolognaise with garlic bread
s1 - maltesers
sd - pepsi max
alcohol - rose spritzer

Lol, yes, sorry I had to meet my friends for lunch, real life can get in the way of minis ay?!!!!
I was very good, jug of water, chargrilled chicken salad, everyone had starter, dipping bread, then ice cream chocolate thing for dessert and coke to drink. I just had my water and salad and thought, do I want to be fat or thin? Thin won the day xxx today at least! X
