I was on here whilst watching comedy gala thing but going to bed now. We going to gymnastics so we can say we been to something but nothing else. What he got tickets for? Should be an experience but think may be mayhem getting there and back!! My friend is working at them and has to wear a hideous uniform and has to wear it on train going in and back again - often has to be there by 7am!!!

Anyway, my lovely well done for being good today, you still off tomorrow? I dog walking in the forest early with a friend and then in and out so no doubt be in touch. Hope RKM has had a lovely time tonight, looking so hot I'm sure she will have, hope she feels good in her dress. xx

Yes I'm in majorca in June. But I will cope if I have choc bars. I will takes shakes, and have one shake one bar and a normal meal, I'll have wine. But not going to ho mad. If I can sts or just a 2-3 lb gain I'll be happy. That the plan in my head anyway lol xxx

Firstly well done for resisting the Chinese. You are doing so amazingly well considering the totm and out of ketosis thing. You have iron willpower!!! Am proud of you

NLN I will come to your diary in a sec but glad your daughter did well. Cricket doesn't interest me in the slightest but I'll come watch her one day so that we can all have a picnic on the grass with some wine whilst she plays.

When I first did this I had to go to US for work (was filming an advert you know!!!!!) in the middle and was v naughty took packs, bars & tetras - one of the tetras split - smelt like a cat had wee'd in my suitcase!!!!

Omg, bet you couldn't get smell out? They smell awful. Haha, no I'll just take powder, I cang go and on holiday, but I'm with family so I will have good time, I'll comprise and eat and drink, but only if I really want it and not to excess xxx
