When I did LL my LLC was always joking about and it was the best thing as we all can get into A rut and take the diet too serious ESP me I needed someone to just go 'chill babe' and just make me laugh and that's what she did.

I'm my own worst enemy, I always wait up for my boys go get home, or go to bed, cant sleep till they get home... So most of the time I'm knackered! When I'm tired cd is harder. But it's just the way I am, xxx

I exercised all way thru last time - dont know how - each time I think I should I exercise i do something like walk found shops & feel compl knacked!!!

My CDC is v flaky but I do quite like her but if this carries on will have to find someone else!!! She's on report!!???
