It's very true. We control our paths we make the decisions. Luckily for us we have good support and make the right ones no goin back to what we used to be x

You on s&s now? I've looked at that loads of times how's it going? I lime the idea of a meal ?

You ve had gd losses I think x I'm on day 5 off S&s can't pretend it's easy but after a big fail on WW I want my life back so will be trying my best to stick to this altho there a few planned time off but am hoping to manage them without completely going off the rails that why you ve inspired me as you ve got back on the wagon so gd luck with your WI today x
