only kidding hun, this is the right decision for you and yours xxxx
Morning hunny-pie.
have a fab day today x
Morning Linz, what's up love. Why can't you get your head straight love.
hmm, maybe you should drop the cabs gently Linz, apart from the Atkins flu I always felt great on Induction, still do when I go back on, it's the carbs make me feel ratty and ill.
Oh sweetheart. bug hugs xxxx
If i was in your position I would be exactly the same but maybe for different reasons. (please dont take this the wrong way this is JUST what I would be like...) Probably knowing I was having an op to end my problems with food, my diet issues etc I would probably think well what is the point in dieting now cos i wont be able to eat nice meals for a long time. Maybe that is the wrong way to look at it but I know what Im like.
Why dont you not restrict your carbs and just try and eat healthily but allow for treats etc? Maybe that is completely the wrong advice to give and feel free to shout at me!!!
Oh don't get upset Linz. You are going through a very stressful time that will also be life changing. Just be gently on yourself. I don't mean binge eating, lol!
You will get your head back into order!! xx
Linz, hey hun!
Chin up, sounds like the gradual approach will be the one for you. When you were really on track with Atkins how many carbs a day were you doing?
Only ask as with most of my dieting starts I take 3 days to ease into things i.e. WW day 1 - 22pts, day 2 - 21pt, day 3 - 20 pts. With Cohen's Day1 - not weighing and with bananas and carrots or something same day 2 also with a muesli bar then day 3 and onwards the food groups and no weighing.
