Yes I've lost 3.8lbs so far since the 12th!! I'm now 0.4 lbs under my lowest weight so far this year! So hopefully a good loss come weigh in day on monday!! Need to up this months quota!!
I have a banging headache thats come on today so I'm guessing ketosis is on its way, also feeling a bit sicky so its all a good sign!!
Am determined to try the noodles at some point... maybe a stir fry of some sort. x
Off for a little snoozette... Jakeys at football camp, the minx is upstairs meant to be having a sleep but I can hear here playing dolls, so I think I shall have an hour on the sofa watching some drivel on the tv!!
Honestly, weighing every day is not a good idea. You become dependent on what the scales tell you, and then judge yourself, and your success or failure, accordingly.
Try to wean yourself off to a maximum of twice a week. I usually weigh fortnightly, very occasionally more often but never ever, daily. I learned the hard way that it can give misleading and sometimes depressing results.
I was struggling this morning, my body ached but I have just done 35 mins on the Wii fit & it feels a bit looser but it was a struggle to want to do it (if that makes sense?)
Beautiful sunshine again today... not sure what our plans will be, have to work it around Jacobs football camp, he's sleeping really well at the mo... unlike his monkey of a sister who was awake at 0615 this morning! She's gonna be a bundle of joy laters!!
Oh no, it makes sense to me, all my Army life I never wanted to go for the morning run, it helped that we all did it so you were expected to be there, it just goes to show that since leaving the Army I don't do anything. LOL. Great willpower there then.
