Morning... feeling fine this morning!! Just completed 45 mins on the wii, so no ill affects!! Don't deserve to tho, hubby is suffering more than me!!!

Guys sorry to do this on here but huge dilema. How do i do this bloody diet? Ive been counting total carbs now thinking this is wrong (see thread advice please). Im more confused than ever. Wondering if this is why ive stalled again.

Your a good girl! Ive had all the disney cars out while watching the film.....AGAIN! Up at 7 which means a full 24+hrs without any sleep :sigh:. I hope you havent left hubbie in bed, his birthday is over so no sympathy, lol, am i being too harsh

I think with the debates that we've been having we need to wait & have clarification back from Atkins Uk themselves which I think Stephen is waiting for or to here from Jim tomorrow.

In all the times I have done Atkins I have always counted the carbs on the packet & not deducted fibre but for us in the UK & articles lke in the daily mail it can get confusing.

Wow what a lovely day... been in the garden with hubby & the kids just pottering around, its been SO warm, vest short & shorts (for the kids not me... wouldn't be caught dead in shorts!)

Back into the school routine tomorrow & I have my friends 2 girls to look after... so tomorrow I shall be entertaining my 2 yr old, her 1 yr old & a 5 month old!! I must be mad!!

Back to the routine of school time today!!

Woke up very sluggish this morning with a sore throat... mind you did end up having a late night last night! Did 34 mins on the Wii even tho I did not feel like it, blood sugars are raised too so maybe coming down with something??

Meant to have my friends 2 girls today but haven't heard a thing from her since she asked a couple of weeks ago so no idea whats happening!!

Fancy a chill out day today, so we'll be hanging out in the garden again... I'm so loving this weather right now!
