If it were me I would cook it on high, then keep it on low to keep it warm.......
On yer goal - you will be suprised how much 2 stone will make a difference. Dont know about you, but I really dont want to be "skinny". But then im worried like you that if I get to my goal, will I not be happy. Tis a scary thought.

Thanks babes... god I can't think straight today at all... just put my cheese grater into the fridge & the yogurts in the cupboard! I put the washing in the toilet instead of the laundry basket this morning & I'm feeling a bit giddy, not sure if I need food or chill time!!
Its hard isn't it this whole goal business... I hope that my head will catch up a bit before I get close to goal... I know there are going to be several parts of my body that will take a long time to change/regain shape so I'm not going to be happy when I reach goal... I always thought comfy 14's would do it for me & now I'm in my 14's I'm thinking comfy 12's???
