Hey guys... weigh in was a bit of a shock this morning only 1lb on since Thurs morning but am 2.5lbs up on posted due to not losing the squatters from the camping weekend but very happy with that! Back to 70g carbs again today, think the higher carbs helps me not pack it on now when I go off course. Am feeling the afternoon slumber hit right now tho!

Just watched Amalie doing her butterfly ballet dance that she will be doing in the show... OMG completely well'ed up! I'm such a wooz when watching my kids!:cry:
