Morning all...
Well unbelievably this morning I was down to 165.5 thats 3.5lbs gone from Monday am... not sure I believe the sacles after my little indulgence yesterday!!!!!!
Had a bit of a carb hangover this morning so back to healthy eating again today.
B: natural yogurt & protein powder
S: wafer thin ham wrapped around sweet chilli philly
Not sure what else just yet, have some chilli prawns which I may have for lunch with salad.... dinner will have to raid the freezer for!
Just back from swimming with AJ, washing, ironing & housework beckon, yet I still like my Weds off!!
