Its hard to decide on one in t'internet! Kind of want to hear the voices first, then we could put a cd player in her room, may just stop the being frightened but if she's concentrating on something else & I'm not sitting up there for 3 hours every night!!!

Hi Linz, sorry to hear you are having such difficulty with the gp. The system works well in emergency but i think it's diificult the rest of the time!

I feel for you on bedtime - it's only in the last month that DD has started going to sleep on her own....and shes just past seven i can however recommend the fairytale meditation set of cds for bedtime - really good relaxing get to sleep stuff. Let me know if you are interested and i'll dig out exactly which ones we have

Fantasy Fairytale meditations for princesses
and
Enchanted meditations

They are available on ebay & amazon at approx 10 each. I've tried to find the cds (we have on ipod now) but unfortunately cant!
