Awww thanks hun I know I've changed a bit but still see how far I have to go!

Morning all....

Have lost 4.5lbs since Weds only 2lb to go to posted weight!! Am gonna try & keep weight gain to a minimum this weekend... think I'll drink voddies on my cheesy girls kareoke pub night tonight which is going to be followed with a kebab have upped my carbs at lunchtime as I need higher carb days with drinking or I feel rough & am a lightweight!!

Need a delivery to turn up nice & early today a I have to go shoe shopping, have nothing to wear with my new jeans tonight!!

Linzi you astound me, you look so THIN and beautiful, your legs are skinnier than I could ever wish mine to be. you look fantastic and a quarter of the woman you used to be. I wish you could see what I and everyone else sees xxx I love you.

No one really explains that our perception of ourselves needs to catch up with the changes in our body shape!

You have done SO well... an inspiration and an icon!! You look amazing, and skinnie and shapely and gorgeous... as Katie says, you have to die for legs!

Wallow in it! and enjoy the voddie and keeeebab later! x:)
 
lets do it Linz. Lets get our body image to be as it should. We will look bloomin amazing at the wedding next year :) slim and slinky and gorgeous. tickles daughter will be a blob compared to us ;)
