Mmmmnnn not really had probably 120g carbs today...

Had a thrown together dinner tonight, chicken, onions, peppers, mushrooms & cannellini beans in a primavera sauce with added chilli paste served with spicy cous cous & green beans... OMG it was lush not sure I'll ever be able to recreate it again tho... luckily I have plenty left for lunch tomorrow at work! Feeling stuffed now tho!! Not sure what affect it will have on the scales in the morning tho!
