He's gone up from 1.90 to 1.95 bless him!

Today I've had low fat natural yogurt & strawberries, lunch is baked balsamic goats cheese & baby leaf salad & dinner is haddock with cheesy leeks & cabbage!! Have plenty of room for snack should I need it.. today is low fat & low carb... the headache is gonna be a blinder later I can already tell!!

There is a lovely lady Sarah, (westiegirl) who about 4 weeks ago was complaining of bad stomach pains, got an appt with the doc & was told her gallbladder was full of stones, when they went to do the op it wasn't stones she was riddled with cancer & it spread to her liver, she got really bad jaundice & they couldn't give her chemo, unfortunately the cancer spread so quickly they can do nothing for her & one of her friends has updated all her friends on here with the sad news that they are trying to keep her pain free until she passes on.

So very sad & so incredibly quick & I wasn't sure if Jim knew her or not. I didn't really know her but she was friends with alot of my friends on here & she was always so positive & supportive in all her posts!

Just so sad that such a young woman has had her life ended so quickly in such a horrible way. x
