Thanks guys... it feels so surreal!! One life leaves this world & another makes it home... my sister sounds SO happy this morning at home in her own bed with that wee Solomon besides her!!

I didn't get back on track dietwise yesterday but today I will be, we were looking at campsites for our holiday in August & think we are going to Home & they do water zorbing there... I am so going to have to do that & want to be at the lowest weight I possibly can... so focus needs to be regained & I need to get back on track or this month will be a total washout!
