Cheers - thing is we got to stay positive or it just all falls off the wagon. I have decided the only way I am gonna see 9 stone this year is if I work for it. I can expect it to just happen. :)

**** that - I go by slice...and I think it was nimble. I work it out by individual unit - they advertise it as .5 per slice so to me thats what it is :) hmmmpt lol x x x

Urgh and guess what dummy did - reset my data as thought, I was 6lbs lighter 2 weeks ago and want to start fresh forgettng it deleted all my unlocked games etc as well. THICKO or WHAT???!!!!?
 
Hello people - well 2 days at 100% - am feeling really good. Scales show a 3lbs loss too but I will not get too excited as I am only going to go by the WW scales every week for my tickers.... but it pushed me down into another stone bracket....nice feeling :) How are my girls?

Food yesterday:

Subway - Ham and turkey - little cheese and mayo. (6)

Butternut Squash Soup (from new file - lush) - (0)
WW Mac Cheese and veg (5.5)

Yer, I think so.... I had it at 9 the other day and was hungry at 1 which is fine by me....had it at 11 yesterday and was starving by 1???? I think I just get hungry at meal times... Had it this morning (40g) and a crumpet (3 points in all - and milk of course, but I take 2 per day for that).

I think I like it as when u eat it you feel your being healthy? DTMS?

I know, total idiot. Am having to do all the mini ones to get the big things back I used to do.... BUT yesterday I unlocked super hula - took me about 4 goes but did it, and also long length running and island lap - that took me 3/4 goes....

It's the AP I have trouble with.... I assume hula hoop is moderate and when I am running high? I swear like fook when I run but not so much on the hula.... ?

14 so far - will have a treat later to get it to at least 16.

Excersise: Walk 50 mins brisk - 3
Wii fit running 13 mins - 1.5

So, 4.5 AP's :) Prob save them for extra weight loss.
