All depends on your weight and the exertion rate.
For 30mins cardio at my weight it is usually about 3 Aps (1 for each 10mins) but that is heavy going, not able to talk stuff, which I reckon Davina would be as its well hard.
For 30mins walking it would be about 1.5pts.
Glad you had a lovely anniversary meal - and bonus that none of the points will count.
You see Lou exercise is not all its cracked up to be, I didn't get to this splendid size without firmly believing that. If you're sweating it must be at least 3 points I 'm sure and if its not it should be.
Did that bath work so well for your back because you were not alone in there? Whatever if it worked do some more.

I hope it sorts itself out a bath is good but if your back is sore you should be reducing the swelling and inflamation with cooling things like a swim perhaps?? Otherwise you are just encouraging the inflamation.

Aww Lou sorry to hear about your back hun! .... Dont go doing to much! .. have you tried those pad things you can get for backs? .. heard good things about them
i have one of those wheat packs that you warm in the microwave and i swear by it
If you're still getting trouble from your back tommorrow try some voltarol tablets, these will take any inflammation you may have and mask the pain, so hopefully it may heal. Hope you get a good sleep and its better in morning.
