Yeah I have LOtS of digestive probs esp on nights if you know what I mean so I intentionally got em for that and after havin one this morning I did feel less bloated x x

Didn't realise St John's Wart counteracts contraception!! I was recommended that by my Dr when we were talking about changing my AD's, I couldn't afford them though and you can't get them on NHS! Or couldn't, it was a while ago.

Yeah St. John's wort shouldn't be taken alongside contraception as it counteracts it .. It's a shame coz I bet Loads of women could benefit from it - I'm just lucky coz I have had my implant out this year - iv been buying mine off eBay for £8 - super strength one ........ I'm good ta, will be cracking on Monday at 8am tho ;) x x x
 
When my IBS flares up I take peppermint tablets but I would like something to have everyday to help, so this could be it x x

Yeah my IBS is a daily occurrence - I think stress brings mine on so I figured gettin them would help too :) make sure u stock up whilst on offer ;) x x

Doin low cal - so aiming for 1200 Cals a day :) doubt it'll work out like .. Lol ;) x x x
