OH Tanya, your ankle looked really painful as well.......but you are doing brilliantly, and yes, Wonder Woman right enough!!! You have a goal and you are going for it.

Food looks great, and those drinks...well, saying nothing!!!! :D:D:D

Glad to hear your brother is fine and happy! That is a relief for you and the family and not long now till he is home....2 weeks is 2 weeks and I am sure you will make the absolute most of his time home! Sure there will be loads and loads of celebrations!!!!!!

Enjoy making the cake and I am sure you will be good..I reckon you have picked up Mary's mantle for being supadupa good!!! :D
 
I feel like a different person. I think omg i have ran 6 miles this week! and i can't quite get my head around it! Usually i'd 'celebrate' with food but i just dont feel like it. I allowed myself the purple rain cocktail earlier which was sprits but with lemonade - not diet. For once i feel proud of myself for doing it and especially doing it along a main road where there are lots of cars, runners and cyclists! :)

Bring on week 2 i say! whilst i've got the bug i cant really complain can i! :)

I really hope i have grabbed a hold of some of Mary's willpower! I bet she is having a gorgeous time away! The mare! :giggle: - not that im jealous or anything! :rotflmao:

Sun is shining and im about to don the bikini dress and slap on the tanning oil and catch some rays!!! :D

Sunday 20th June

B- 1 slice wholemeal seeded bread toasted, 2 boiled eggs. hp sauce.

L- 5 pumpkin & sunflower seed crackers with lf soft cheese with black pepper & ham. packet french fries.

*10 chips left over from dad's tea.
*6 honey oat bar thingys that i made. (sounds alot but cut the whole thing into 20 squares so they was only little bits :))

D- nothing.

*plenty of sugar free dilutable squash
*1/2 a pint of bulmers pear cider mmmmm :)
*vodka & diet cokes

Little bit off the menu i planned but i had the crackers and french fries around 1:30 and so just classed it as my lunch. So will have the jacket for dinner and later on this evening as no doubt i will get hungry some fruit and yogurt :)

So far today, with the exception of the french fries i've been 'good' with food considering its the day after a night of drinking! :D

Edit: ... have just put in the oven the honey oat bar things that Iris suggested making. I added raisens, apricots and chopped almonds too :)

No jacket pot as been out with me daddy tonight :giggle: at the social club for a little bingo and a few drinkies. so am DEFO having that jacket pot, beans and cheese tomorrow - no question!

So, i cant sleep so after just 3 hours of 'trying' to sleep i got up and weighed myself ........ last weighed myself on the 4th and so today the 21st i'm 3lbs heavier :( :(

I feel totally gutted :cry: Shouldve expected it really considering all the bad days i had but still :(

I've now got 7 weeks to loose all i can :cry: Defo not guna be losing 20lbs in that time am i :( i hate weight.

All i can ask for now is that i'm near on the same weight in november as i was when i finished lt. :fingercrossed: i can lose 20lbs by then. As before we know it it will be christmas!!! :eek:

Cuz i can't sleep im guna go for my run now - week 2 day one :)

So, went for me run. Was hard today! 6 lots of 90 second runs followed by 2 min brisk walks. Again my ankle bled. Damn trainers!!

Monday 21st June

B- 1 slice wholemeal seeded bread toasted with peanut butter. banana.

L- couple tbsp's each of prawns, tomato & basil cous cous. 5 bread sticks dipped into some lf red pepper hummous and salsa. Packet walkers crisp. Handful of Stevie's real mccoy hot chilli crisps .

*6 squares galaxy
*mini roll & 2 malted milk biccies

D- Jacket potato, beans & cheese!! :drool:

*6 fruitellas
*another 2 malted milk biccies
*2 snackajacks.

*got 2 satsumas for work tonight and a packet of goahead yogurt bars

*1 bread stick garlic dip, ham and 2tbsps couscous after work

*1 litre water
*pepsi max
*2 black coffee's and sweetener

Ya know that gain was probably because you hadn't really slept. Just think, if you'd had a good few hours kip & a long wee ;) afterwards I bet you'd have sts!

I've REALLY got to pull my socks up now too!! (Still gonna have a coupla v&cs tho' :eek:;)) xx

Right so this is it. Today i shall class as a 'treat' day. Very bad day and i don't want another 'treat' day.

I will be having a slice of cake and a glass of champers thursday. Friday i totally forgot that its my grandma and grandads 50th anniversary so off out for a meal for that - i will choose wisely and Jan i will ask for no dressings etc - get it into my head im not being fussy and they are there to cater for my needs right?! :giggle:

No more 'treats' just because its the weekend etc.

Although this weekend again will be full of vodka. :sigh:

So home early from work tonight so im off for a looooong sleep hopefully :fingerscrossed: 'see' you all tomorrow xx

*4 crackers with lf soft cheese with black pepper

L- baked salmon, salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, spring onion, sweetcorn, carrot) 2 baby new pots.

*lf yog

D- 1 snackajack. 6 cherries, chunk of melon, 3 strawberries, 12 green grapes.

*1litre water
*2 black coffee with sweetener

Got up and weighed myself again today, -1lb :) Now in the teens to lose :8855:
Not all that good but thats 1lb in 2 days and even with a bad day on monday. Next weigh in will be monday :D

Wednesday 23rd June

B- banana. bran flakes & s.s milk

*4 bread sticks dipped into onion & garlic dip. Thin slice applewood cheese
*licked the spatula after making the bro's chocolate sponge.

L- baked chicken breast, salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, sweetcorn, carrot) 2 baby new pots.

D- mum got me another mini fruit tray from work today so will have this which consists of chunk of melon, 3 strawberries, 6 cherries & green grapes.

*1litre water
*2 black coffee with sweetener

*couch to 5k week 2 day 2 :)

Tonight is my last shift in work untill monday. Super duper long weekend as my little bro is home tomorrow for his r&r from Afghan. Can't wait.

Baking him a chocolate cake today and chocolate chip muffins for a belated 21st birthday do :) Guna have 1 slice of the chocolate cake tomorrow and a glass of champers.

:fingerscrossed: i can stick to this 'good' eating habit whilst on my few days off :)

I'm worse at work personally, when I'm off as long as I can have me li'l tipple I can be really strong food wise ... strange inni'? :eek: xx
