B- 2 slices wholemeal bread toasted, 2 extra light laughing cow cheese triangles, 1 tomatoe, 4 slices very thin ham, 1 poached egg, tbsp hp sauce.

L- Bar

*small spoonfull of mixed cooked vegetables
*1 jaffa cake

*pepsi max
*1 black coffee with sweetner
*v&c's

Somebody from this forum messaged me on facebook today ... I couldnt message her back for some reason, i think maybe her profile is set to private so i took the chance and posted it on the sw section in hope she will see my response. Have a read guys, see if i have taken what she said to me the wrong way!

Ok so the thread got removed as she is a banned member.

Here's the down low .. she sent me a message on facebook criticising me and my weight loss and gain saying VLCD's dont work etc and i should try slimming world

I know its only a message, from a random person but :( as if i dont feel bad enough about failing at the maintainence malarky.
 
Come on Tan you are stronger than that to allow a random person get at you like that. Where is the strong willed a*** slapper ( :whoopass: ) we all know and love :) She is not worth worrying over. So, she is on Slimming World - but that is not the answer either to everyone's problems. We all have our own struggles and problems and what works for one might not work for another.

Don't let her get to you :) you will beat this problem like we all will - its not a quick fix for any of us - if it was we would not be in the troubles that we are. :D
 
Don't you think that the fact she is a banned member says it all?? AND the fact she can't be msgd on fb ..... smacks of jealousy to me darlin'!! Not nice though I know ****hugs****

Only an ignorant/jealous person would criticise someone for their success!! xx
 
Tanya you only put a little bit of the weight back on, and you are trying hard to address this, you keep other's motivated. I certianly dont see you as failure, you are a real honest person who struggles like the rest of us. Yes maintenance is hard but we just have to keep learning how to do it, all of us. xxx
 
Aye. Who the hell is she anyways. Silly woman. The fact she is banned from here speaks volumes!! :)

I'm in a bit of a pickle. I ordered 2 weeks supply of LT off a buyer on Ebay and there's been a problem (a bad seller apparently) and they haven't turned up, so I run out of my shakes on Wednesday. I'm 1 day short of shakes (due to weigh on Friday). I have a few maint products I could use for refeed so could I start refeed a day earlier?

It's a pain cos I really wanted to do 1 more week on TFR.
 
Of course you can start earlier :giggle:

It does suck a little if you wanted to do 1 more week but i reckon you'll still lose some on refeed anyways chick :) xxx
 
So, sunday thought sod it and I decided to have some v&c's.

Monday = death! Hangover from hell. I have never ever experienced a hangover, i've been quite lucky in that respect, but now i have, i never ever ever want one again. Damn you vodka :giggle:

So yesterday, we had a little 'do' for my brothers girlfriend as it was her 21st on sunday and she wanted to see us as Lee is away so that is what we did. So, food :rolleyes:

Monday 3rd May

B- 2 slices wholemeal bread toasted with 2 cheese triangles

L- half a baked chicken breast, 6 chunks of baked sweet potatoe with rosemary & garlic (the frozen stuff) 1 spoonfull of herby potatoes, a bit of honey roasted gammon, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice home made bacon & tomato quiche

*satsuma, 10 grapes, 1 fruit pastel ice lolly

*slice of chocolate cake

*lots and lots of diet lemonade mixed with sugar free squash

Tuesday 4th May

B- 2 slices wholemeal bread, toasted with 2 ex light cheese triangles

*bite of chocolate cake & 4 starburst sweets :doh:

L- went out had a carvery, chose gammon & turkey, 1 roast potato, 1 baby new potato, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, cauliflower, green beans, stuffing ball, 1 spoonful gravy.

1 orange minute maid ice lolly.

D- Baked salmon & salad with 3 very small new potatoes.

I can already see weigh in on thursday isnt going to be a good one! lol

Aye Jan, will do! :)

Im totally off the refeed plan :doh: these next few days will be strict again as i am out again this saturday for my friends birthday and sunday having a mini bbq with the bf ... but i can make healthy options food wise both days :)

I feel like absolute s**t today :( just been sleeping on and off, got a banging headache, all snuffed up ..... im hoping this is a 24hour thing.

Hmmm, still feeling rubbish. I just want to sleep. Mum isnt well either so were thinking maybe we've ate something 'funny'.

Wednesday 5th May

B- apple, banana, satsuma & lf yogurt

*2 lf cheese triangles & 2 muscles with 1/2 a seafood stick

L- smoked river cobler & cooked veggies mixed through with lf soft cheese

*1 slice thick wholemeal granary bread with a very thin scraping of utterly butterly

D- bar

*1 black coffee with sweetener
*1 litre of water
*1 small glass pepsi max

Feeling a bit better today Jan thanks. Didn't have a very good sleep as i took 2 ducolax before hand :giggle:

i knew you were doing Exante and wondered how you were getting on.

Big congrats for getting your 1 stone 2lb off, bet you are made up!
I'm with you on the idea to continue managing your weight-loss without TFR.
I would like to be between 11st7lb and 12st, so reckon I have about 11 - 18lb still to loose. I'm hoping i've got some off on this refeed week, but at worst i'd like to STS....will be GUTTED if I have another gain!!
I have 17 weeks until our holiday, so if i can achieve 1lb per week, i'll be a happy bunny!!

So i've had a 1lb gain. Nowhere near as bad as i though! phew .. but still! Now i've 15lbs to lose before august 5th, 13 weeks.

Thursday 6th May

B- 2 slices of wholemeal bread toasted with peanut butter

*packet wheat crunchies, 2 jaffa cakes, 6 soft mints, 1 mint viscount, slice of cheese, couple each of american cheeseburger and argentinean steak walkers

L- baked river cobbler with brown rice mixed through with some chickpeas & spiced with cumin & tumeric.

D- bar

*Got in from work and had 3 biccies, a slice of cheese, a slice of polony and a slice of home made bread and butter pudding.

*1L water
*3 black coffees with sweetener
