Just been on a biscuit binge :( :doh: 4 choccie ones. Eaten into my lush fund now :cry: with the 18pp's for the wine tomorrow that only leaves 11pp for sunday and my cheddars are 7pp alone ...... god dammit!!!!!!!!!!!!! *humph*

I hit the biscuit tin cuz im ocd with the cupboards and there were opened boxes scattered in there, crisps not neatly in the box, boxes not stacked in order and the cupboard was just a mess so i had to sort it all out ....... :doh:

Just asking cos I'm trying to analyse why I eat stuff too........can't use hormones as an excuse and am trying not to use pain......just cos it's there seems to be my fall-back and I'm not happy with it!

If only we knew every reason why we ate we'd all be as skinny as rakes!

I'm tempted not to have my Lasagne tonight now. Won't be having it untill 8:30ish then I want to go to bed early so I'll see how hungry I am.
 
You hit the nail on the head there Tanya.......I had some NLP therapy last year, not about my eating habits but about something else.....anyway, under hypnosis everything comes spilling out including my 'issues' with food. I honestly haven't had a binge since last July.......never more than a couple of biscuits or 3 or 4 chocs. It was very enlightening.....
 
Its hard isn't it when something is looking at you and shouting 'eat me'. Why dont you just have half of your lasagne chick, and that will compensate the biccies a little bit.
 
Just opened the box of chocs left over from Xmas, had 2 instead of a pudding.....now want two more cos I've said that I eat 4! Madness:eek:
 
If it made sense we'd all be able to lose weight 'logically' - wish it was that easy. xx
 
I've decided not to have it. Not hungry but have just had a pear. Now my points are under.......

Having a glass of wine instead ;)

Alright so 1glass of wine in the pub (unexpected night! - always the best) led to 3!!!! Which is near on a bottle?!!

Monday is a new day - still going to keep my food within 28pps (she says :p)

Sweet chilli sauce 1pp
Satsuma 0pp
Wheat crunches 3pp

*bottle of wine 18pp

Total so far = 29pp
Slush fund = 25pp used 10pp left

Anyone think I've underestimated my lunch??

The slush fund is defo going over this week. No doubt about it. Last weekend of drinking & I'll do it in style as it's a celebration ;)
