I think thats fab! I've enjoyed everything ive eaten and really don't feel like ive deprived myself and i think my menus are looking a million times better compared to what they were a week before I've even had a few biscuits, chow mein from the chinese & 2 bottles of wine! Guna carry on with this for as long as it takes Stupid tracker though doesnt deal in 1/4's though so its put me as 18.8lbs to lose but its 18.75 ... that 0.05 makes all the difference!
