Hey that's brilliant Tanya! As you say, you certainly haven't 'suffered' x

Whoop whoop!!! Well done girl!!!! :) Thats a fantastic result xx

Well done Tanya, brilliant loss girl, and as you say, you dont feel deprived of anything on this plan. I love it too. I have my WI tomorrow morning.

Your menu's are certainly looking better on the WW plan than what they were before, so its good news all round. Heres to another good week Tanya.

Cheers girls. Im starting to love this plan! :) and dare I say it - beginning to feel comfortable eating bread and pastas again in the week!

Had to edit as i only had 100g of pasta for my tea as that was plenty.

Ooooh mary i saw this divine recipe yesterday on tv ...... cut up some chicken breasts into chunks then in a bowl put some greek yogurt and mix through tumeric, corriander, paprika, cumin & cardomon and a zest of 1 lime. Coat the chicken in the yog mix, leave to stand for a little bit then on a baking tray place a wire rack and put the chicken on the wire rack and shove in a hot oven untill cooked!

Its called 'almost tandori chicken' ..... I can't wait to try this one! :)

Oh Tan you do make me laugh :D:D .. That 0.05 that 'makes all the difference' ... do you know that that is?? I couldn't find anything light enough! It's half a small egg (counting the shell!!) or a quarter of a satsuma - including the skin!!! What are you like??!! :):):D

Well done on your loss - you're doing FAB!! xxx

:giggle: hey, those 1/4 of satsumas all add up!!!!!! :p x
