Weekend was a blow out. Food wasn't bad but alcohol was horrendous!


I have booked in with a PT and have my first session on Wednesday morning,
He has weighed me, took measurements & fat percentage. I'm not going to weigh myself now im going to let him keep in control of it.

He has given me some sample menus so have been out today and stocked up.
Will hopefully get my menus wrote up at some point but i just seem to be so busy ATM.

Off for a shift tonight so will catch up later.

Had my first PT sesh today. Loved it!!! I can't wait for the next one.

Asked him about weighing myself and he doesn't want me to touch the scales. Is guna be hard but ill do it. He'll take measurements, fat percentage & weight after 4 weeks. Something has clicked today though and I feel very focused again. Maybe cuz I've got nothing planned & shifts start tomorrow. Who knows.

Wednesday 6th feb

Still doing good. Into my shift patterns at work. Loving it so far. It's kept me right on track this weekend!!

Here's what I've had since Thursday. Will update what I've had today later on. So far so good. I only did step this morning though with a bit of ab work with the medicine ball for about 10mins after.

Thursday 7th March
B- wm seed & oat topped toasted bagel & jam
S- banana
L- salmon fillet & salad (lettuce, cucumber, red onion, red pepper) baby pots & el mayo
Blueberries & strawberries
D- baked chicken breast, mixed veg & 1/2 slice bread & el mayo
*1hr STUMP (half hour step & half hour pump)
S- 1boiled egg & 1boiled egg white

Friday 8th march (up for 23hours hence more food)
B- 2x wm toast & jam
S- banana & 2hard boiled eggs
L- chicken breast salad (lettuce, cucumber, red onion, red pepper), baby pots & el mayo
Blueberries & strawberries
D- healthy choice chicken pasta salad
D- snacka jacks, chicken chunks & hummus
*2cans diet orange tango & 1can diet red bill
Total = 1,723

Saturday 9th march
B- wm seed & oat bagel, pb on one half jam on the other
S- strawberry & blueberry smoothie (made with nat yog & splash of milk)
L- baked chicken breast, mixed veg & baby pots, hummus

Thanks chick. Another PT sesh yesterday after only 4hrs sleep after a night shift. I was bloody knackered come the end but he said he was very impressed with me still putting in maximum effort despite the lack of sleep. He has given me more nutrition stuff which is great. It's soooooo hard tho to stay away from the scales!! Another 2weeks and he should be taking my measurements etc again.

Got a night out tomorrow with my mum and Leanne for mums birthday which was Wednesday. A lot of worry and stress at the moment around money side of mum and dad splitting up and what's guna happen with the house etc so a night out is what she needs.

I did have a bag of skips and a stick of bueno Tuesday night but was within calories.

Sunday 10th

Ah - lovely that you're going out with your mum. It's horrible all that surrounds a break up, makes everything so much worse :(. You'll be going through it as well as her so take care of you as well hon xxxx

PT has decided he's not weighing me until week 7. That gives me another 4 weeks :eek: I've managed to stay away from the scales so far let's hope I can until then. I'd like a 7lb loss so :fingerscrossed:

Yep love having the PT. he's so helpful! Always sending me texts & recipes etc & really pushes me in the sessions.


Op is just over 3weeks away!!!! I can't actually believe ok doing this! Xx

That's really good that PT texted etc - sounds really helpful :)

3 weeks will fly by - will you be off work for a while?

Yeah really fast!!

Had catch up with PT today and got 4 week results:

Loss of 4.2lbs, 2%body fat, 9ml body fat & 7.5inches with a gain of 2% muscle mass :)
 
Fab results!! The inch loss is amazing - well done x

Can't believe the op is only 3 weeks away, where did that time go?

Really pleased you're enjoying your job so much, nothing worse than dreading going to work!
