You are right about the pan xBeen nice here all day.
I would of thrown the omelette back in the pan and cooked it more. I need to cut my portion sizes back as I think they are too big.

Have you tried having the same amount but cutting it into smaller multiple meals?
I know what you mean, a while ago I tried doing like 8 small meals a day to see if it would make my metabolism work harder. And make me feel more satisfied throughout the day.I think because I only have 2 meals I feel I need to pile my plate high.. So I will start having 3 meals but cut my portion sizes back. I don't eat until 12 pm and then tea between 5 and 6. I will have smaller lunch and have something at 3.
Like all you had was scrambled egg yet if I had that I would have to add salad or I don't feel I have had a meal.

Decided to try make some pickled eggs today with a twist, Using fresh beetroot in the pickle liquid to turn them purple
Should hopefully be nice in at least 4 days we shall see
